CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Deposit A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings and goes toward your service total. ✨Cancellation 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows = 50% charge. ✨Late Arrival 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, services may be shortened or rescheduled. ✨Health Please reschedule if sick or with active scalp issues. Let us know about allergies. ✨Quiet Studio Silence your phone. No additional guests or children allowed in the room. ✨Payments Card, cash, and Venmo accepted. A 3% transaction fee will apply to all cards. Tips are appreciated! ✨Photos Before/after photos only taken with your permission.
